Q.01Do you hold my keys?
No. Wallets are generated and signed inside sealed hardware. Keys never exist on a server, a laptop, or a screen — ours or anyone's. We physically cannot move your funds anywhere you didn't ask them to go.
Q.02What exactly triggers the Guard?
Three tripwires, checked every 30 seconds on every guarded position: the token gets marked rugged, freeze authority goes active, or pool liquidity collapses past your chosen threshold versus your entry. Any one of them fires an immediate full exit and you get the receipt in chat.
Q.03Can the Guard guarantee I never lose money?
No, and you should close the tab on anyone who promises that. The Guard reacts within seconds, not before the fact — a token can still dump on pure price action (that's what stop losses are for), and a sufficiently instant rug can outrun any reaction. Mongoose stacks the odds; it doesn't repeal them.
Q.04How do I get my SOL out?
