[ PRIVACY POLICY ]
YOUR DATA,
GUARDED TOO.
LAST UPDATED — JUNE 12, 2026
This page explains, in plain English, what data the Mongoose Telegram bot (@MongooseGuardBot) and this website collect, what we never have access to, and who else is involved in making the service work. No legalese padding — just the facts.
The short version
- We never see, store, or ask for your private keys or seed phrases. Ever.
- We store the minimum needed to run the bot: your Telegram ID, your trades, your settings.
- This website sets no cookies and runs no trackers or analytics.
- We don't sell data. There's nothing to sell — and we wouldn't.
What the bot stores
- Telegram identity — your numeric Telegram ID and public @username, so the bot knows who it's talking to and referral links work.
- Wallet address — the public address of the trading wallet created for you. Public keys only; see the next section for private keys.
- Trades & positions — what you bought and sold through the bot, amounts, fees, and transaction signatures, so your positions, PnL and the Guard can function. Note that all of this is also publicly visible on the Solana blockchain by design.
- Settings — slippage, buy presets, guard preferences. If you set a withdrawal PIN, we store only a one-way cryptographic hash of it — we cannot read your PIN.
- Referrals — who referred whom, so revenue share works.
What we never have
Mongoose is non-custodial by architecture. Wallets are generated and transactions are signed inside sealed hardware operated by our wallet infrastructure provider (Privy). Private keys never exist on our servers, our laptops, or our screens — we physically cannot export them, and neither can anyone who compromises us. We will never ask for a seed phrase; anyone who does is a scammer.
Third-party services
Running Mongoose involves a small set of specialised providers:
- Telegram — the bot lives there; your messages to the bot pass through Telegram like any chat.
- Privy — wallet creation and transaction signing in sealed hardware. Privy knows your wallet exists; it doesn't know your trading strategy.
- Jupiter — the Solana swap aggregator that executes trades. It sees the transactions, which are public on-chain anyway.
- RugCheck & DexScreener — token safety and market data. Queries are about tokens, not about you.
- Google Fonts — this website loads its typefaces from Google's servers, which means Google sees the standard web request (your IP address and browser details), as with most websites.
This website
mongoose.trading is a static page. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and embeds no social trackers. The only outbound requests it makes are for fonts (Google Fonts) and the links you choose to click.
Retention & deletion
Bot records are kept for as long as you use the service, because positions, referrals and the Guard need history to work. Want out? Withdraw your SOL (it's yours, always) and email us to delete your account records. One honest caveat: transactions already on the Solana blockchain are permanent and public by nature — nobody can delete those, including us.
Security
Keys live in sealed hardware (see above). Withdrawal PINs are hashed, never stored in plaintext. The bot's database lives on infrastructure we control, and the Guard's monitoring runs server-side without exposing your data to other users.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the "last updated" date above changes with it, and significant changes will be announced in the Traders' Lounge.

Mongoose is a trading tool, not financial advice. Trading digital assets involves substantial risk of loss. A green safety card lowers risk — it never removes it.
